Sturnella loyca

Die Langschwänzige Wiesenlerche (Sturnella loyca) lebt an offenen Stellen auf der Halbinsel Valdes. Im Frühjahr und Sommer brüten sie paarweise im Boden und das Weibchen legt 3 bis 4 Eier. Hier in Puerto Piramides sitzen sie normalerweise auf Büschen hinter den Dünen des Del Nomade Umweltfreundliches Hotel. Sie ernähren sich von Früchten, Insekten und Samen, diese Vögel halten es für ein gutes Omen.
